Necessety of IT for bangladesh

Bangladesh is a over populated country in the world. This is not a economically developed country for the over population. Most of the people in this country are not proper educated. So they become a Bardeen for the country. If all the people of the country become a man power, then the development will increases.
I think there is only one way to built manpower is to educated in Information and Technology.
That means Technology based education can make a man self dependent.
So the government should take necessary steps to ensure the IT education for all the students of the country.
